Emotions are the most human part of being human and they drive EVERYTHING we do. Learn how to Masterfully alchemise intense emotional states so you can continue to Lead with a heart based, grounded presence.

Day 3: Shift the Story - Archetypal Intelligence

The next level of your inspired Leadership lies at the intersection between your core message & how you see yourself as Leader. If your inner personal dialogue does not match the frequency of your higher message then there is a dissonance that will be felt. In this session I will show you how to close the gap between the onslaught of the daily inner critic & the healthy self-regard all Leaders need to stand in their truth.

Day 4: Shift your Frequency - Higher Intelligence

Most Leaders carry a lot on their shoulders, if we cannot learn how to disperse this it leads to tension, stress and overwhelm. Following on from the first three sessions, we get to call upon Ancient Wisdom traditions that teach us how to lean on a higher power. How to connect to the realm beyond the Self so we can vibrate higher each and every day.
